The Configure Gateway section allows you to connect your preferred communication providers with ClickPost Smart Communications. These integrations are used to power notifications and campaigns across supported channels, including WhatsApp, SMS, Email, IVRS, and Marketing Tools.
Once configured, your notification journeys can use these gateways to deliver communications to customers and sellers seamlessly.

Available Channels
The Configure Gateway page is organized into separate tabs for each supported communication channel:
- SMS
- IVRS
- Marketing Tools
The number displayed on each tab indicates the total number of providers available for that channel.
Integrating a Gateway
The integration process is the same across all supported channels.
Steps to Integrate
- Select the required channel tab (WhatsApp, SMS, Email, IVRS, or Marketing Tools).
- Locate your preferred provider from the available options.
- Click Integrate.
- Enter the required credentials provided by your service provider.
- Click Save to complete the integration.
Note: All credential fields are mandatory. Please contact your service provider if you need assistance obtaining the required credentials.
Managing Existing Integrations
Once a gateway is successfully connected, the provider card will display an Integrated badge.
You can:
- Remove an existing integration using the Delete (trash) icon.
- Update or reconnect a provider by clicking Integrate again and entering new credentials.
Any updates made to gateway configurations are automatically reflected across all Smart Communications journeys and notifications.
Switching Between Channels
Use the channel tabs at the top of the page to navigate between WhatsApp, SMS, Email, IVRS, and Marketing Tools.
Each channel maintains its own independent gateway configurations, allowing you to manage integrations separately for different communication channels.
