- Please reach out to your system admin to ensure that you have the required access to view Customer PII data.
2. Try Fetching Report Fields in Beta Section If you already have the necessary permissions:
- Navigate to the Reports (Beta) section.
- Create a report as needed.
- Ensure that you select and include the required fields, including Customer PII fields.
- Then generate the report.
3. Recheck Report Output
Once the above steps are completed:
