Track Order - Overview

Modified on Sun, 19 Oct at 11:04 PM

The Track Order section in ClickPost provides a unified view to track and manage all your shipments across courier partners — from pickup to delivery.

This section enables you to:

  • Monitor real-time shipment statuses

  • Search and filter specific orders

  • Perform shipment-level actions

  • Generate and download shipment reports

You can access the Track Order section in either of the following ways:

Once an AWB is generated or registered on the ClickPost dashboard, the shipment automatically appears in this section. The default track order view displays all shipments, regardless of courier partner or status.

Key Features

1. Status Counters

The top panel displays Status Counters, showing the number of shipments in each stage of the journey (e.g., In Transit, Delivered, RTO).

You can also customize these counters by grouping multiple statuses under a single category based on your organization’s workflows.
This shall help you in improving visibility and simplifying tracking.

2. Quick Actions

Use the Action Button on the dashboard to:

  • Upload AWBs for tracking

  • Update shipment statuses manually

  • Generate shipment reports or check report generation status

3. Filters and Search

Use filters to narrow down shipments based on:

  • Courier Partner

  • Status

  • Created Date

You can search for specific shipments using:

  • AWB Number

  • Reference Number / Order Number

  • Order ID

  • Phone Number (available only for users with PII access)

For multiple shipments, use Bulk Search to search up to 500 orders at once. However, to retrieve more than 500 records, generate a shipment report instead from the Bulk Search >> Open Report option.

4. Customizable Dashboard

The Track Order dashboard lets you personalize your view to focus on the most relevant shipment information for your business.

You can view both tracking-level and order-level details through customizable columns on the dashboard.

The default view displays all the colums, but you can easily adjust which data points appear and how they’re arranged under column settings.

4. Shipment-Level Details

To view shipment-level information:

  • Click the dropdown (∨) next to any shipment to see a quick summary, including:

    • Drop details

    • Latest status

    • OTP information

For complete tracking visibility, click View Details.
This opens a detailed view with:

  • Full shipment journey and tracking history

  • Shipment and order-level details

  • Action options such as Reattempt, RTO, or Cancel

6. Reports and Data Export

Use Generate Reportto download shipment data.

Select the fields you need, enter your email and report name, and you’ll receive a downloadable link once it’s ready.
