How to Download Labels from Dashboard

Clickpost provides a dedicated section to download shipment labels, allowing your team to easily download multiple labels at once.

Note: Only users with PII data access can download labels from the dashboard.

Steps to Download Shipment Labels

1. Go to the Manifest Section

Navigate to Manifest → Order.
You’ll see the default Manifest view as shown below.

2. Download a Single Label

Click on the three dots on the left-hand side of the order.
Select Download Label.

3. Search for Multiple Orders

Toggle Bulk Search.
Enter multiple AWB Numbers or Reference Numbers (one per line).
Click Search to fetch results.

4. Download Bulk Labels

Select the required AWB/Reference Numbers from the left-hand side.
Click on Bulk Download Labels.

5. Choose Download Format

After clicking bulk download, you’ll be redirected to the download page.
Options available:
- Download Single PDF → For one label.
- Download Multiple PDFs → For multiple labels.

6. Track Download Status

Bulk PDFs will be available once generated under the Label Download Status tab.
