How to Register AWB on Clickpost

This guide explains how to manually register an AWB (Air Waybill) on Clickpost so that tracking updates can start reflecting in the system.

Access the Dashboard
Log in to your Clickpost account and navigate to the Track Order Dashboard.
Open Actions Menu
On the dashboard, locate and click on the “Actions” dropdown menu.
Select Upload Option
From the dropdown, choose “Upload AWB to Track”.
Download Sample File
Click on “Download Sample File” to get the required format for uploading AWB details.
Prepare the File
Enter the AWB details in the downloaded file as per the given format.
Upload the File
Upload the completed file back to Clickpost using the same Upload AWB to Track option.
