Once an order is generated, the shipping label links typically expire after 7 days. If you try to access the same link after this period, you may encounter an error (as shown below).
How to Regenerate Shipping Label Links
To regenerate the label link for such orders, you can use the “Fetch AWB Number for Manifested Order” API using any of the following approaches based on the data available:
1. Using AWB and CP ID
2. Using Reference Number
Once the API is triggered with the relevant details, the response will include an updated shipping label link, which can be used to download the label again.
