If you want to trigger notifications in difffernt lanaguge for the same notification event then you can follow below steps.
1: You need to pass 3-letter ISO code of language ( in small case) in Order creation or AWB registration API.
Field name: "language_code":"eng",
ISO language code list: https://www.loc.gov/standards/iso639-2/php/English_list.php
2: Then while setting up the templates you need to select the correct lanaguge code that you would be passing in API request and need to add translated templates for that particular event.
