Exchange Nudges

Enhance customer empowerment by incorporating customizable banners within the return request process, offering the choice to opt for an exchange rather than a straightforward product return.

To access the Exchange Nudges Section, you can follow the below steps. 

Dashboard Login>>Settings>>R&Econfigs>>Exchange Nudges

Providing an overview of the options available for configuring the Nudge on the Return and Exchange UI.

• For Return Reason: Utilize this section to set up the "Return Reason," aligning it with the information that needs to be populated on the Return and Exchange UI. This configuration aids in streamlining the return process.
  • Nudge Text: Through this feature, you can customize the Nudge Text that will be displayed to the end customer on the user interface.
  • Nudge Image: With this option, you can upload an image instead of text, and it will be displayed to the end customer.
    
    NOTE: After selecting the "Return Reason" that you intend to display on the Return and Exchange UI, it becomes non-editable. To make changes, deletion is required, followed by the configuration of the Return Reason accordingly.
    
    
    
    
• For Return Summary: You have the flexibility to set up both the Nudge Text and Nudge Image on the Return Summary Page. The placement depends on your business use case, allowing you to decide whether you want it to appear when initiating the "Return Request" or on the "Return Summary" page. This option provides the capability to implement your preferred configuration.
  
  
  You have an option to show the Nudge Text/Nudge Image on the Top or Bottom of the return page.
  
  
  
  
• Nudge CTA and Theme: Using this option you can edit the Nudge Background color, Text color, and Nudge CTA.
