How to configure Return Policy on the Dashboard [New Dashboard]

Modified on Sun, 8 Dec, 2024 at 5:34 PM

ClickPost provides a dedicated section to define exchange policies for exchange orders, allowing you to configure exchange days based on criteria such as Order Date, Product Tags, Discounts, Order Tags, and Category.

Dashboard login(dashboard.clickpost.ai)>>Settings>>R&E configs>>Exchange>>Exchange Policy

You can tailor the rules for non-returnable products to align seamlessly with your specific business requirements.

To configure the rule based on your specific business requirement, you need to click on "Add Another Rule" and select the tag corresponding to which you want to define the policy. Sharing a snapshot below for reference.

You need to define the rule on the below parameters.

a) Category

b) Return Duration

c) Rule Priority

d) Rule Status

A snapshot is shared below for reference.

Please note if you have configured the return days as "0", the item/category will be considered as "non-exchangeable".

After configuring the rule, please click on "Submit" to save it.

Note: The system first evaluates the master return/exchange days configuration before applying the specific conditions or category-level policies defined under the return-exchange policy on the dashboard.

Example: If the return-exchange days at the category level are set to 10 days, but the master return-exchange days are configured to 5 days, the system will indicate that the return/exchange is unavailable. This occurs because, according to the master configuration, the end customer would be attempting to raise a request after the return-exchange window has expired.
