1. SLA Trend: With the help of this section, gain a comprehensive understanding of your SLA patterns by analyzing the number of shipments that encountered violations and the count of those that fell outside the scope of your SLA protection.
You can filter out the data based on courier partner and date. Additionally, the data can be downloaded in the CSV format as shared in the below snapshot.


2. SLA Breach Shipment Performance Trend: Through this section, you'll obtain more comprehensive data insights regarding shipments that encountered SLA breaches. You'll be able to understand both the count of successful outcomes and the count of unsuccessful outcomes within this group.
3. Within SLA Shipment Performance Trend: This segment will offer a perspective on the SLA data, aiding your comprehension of which shipments covered by your SLA have been successfully delivered and which ones remain undelivered.
