How to Configure Pincode Delay

This document provides the steps for configuring pincode delay. Delay (in days) will get added to the EDD committed to the customer on all touch-points (including tracking pages, EDD API, SLA breach related notifications etc) on the corresponding drop pincodes , for any/all pickup pincodes.


1. Visit courier partner integrations on your dashboard by clicking on the settings section at the bottom of the dashboard. 






2. Go to Courier Integrations ---> View Details




3. Click on Courier partner account.




4. Go to Pincode delay config.




5. Select the courier account and download the sample to upload the SLA delay in days corresponding to the pincodes and hit submit.
