Upload Serviceability for a Carrier Partner

Follow the steps below to update or manage serviceable pincodes for your courier partners.

Steps to Upload Serviceable Pincodes

1. Navigate to: Settings → Carrier → Carrier Integration.

2. Click View Details under the courier partner.
   
   
   
   

3. Select the Account Code for which you want to update pincodes.
   
   

4. Open the Serviceability Card.
   
   

5. To upload pincodes:

   • Download the sample file.

   • Fill in the pincode details.

   • Upload the file on the Serviceability screen. 
     
     
     
     

6. Automatic Pincode Fetch

   • You can enable Automatic Pincode Fetch from the right-hand side panel.

   • With this feature, Clickpost hits the courier’s Bulk Serviceability API every 2 hours to fetch the updated pincode list.
     
     
     

7. Downloading Latest Pincode List

   • To download the latest uploaded or fetched pincodes:

     • Click on the number shown on the Serviceability card.

     • The file will automatically download.
