Add/Remove Blacklist Pincodes

Enterprises can use the Blacklist Pincode feature to block orders from being shipped to specific pincodes.


When a pincode is blacklisted for a carrier account, that account will be excluded from the list of serviceable accounts in both the Serviceability API and the Recommendation API.


Navigate to Settings → Carrier → Carrier Integrations → View Details (for the chosen courier) → Select Account Code → Blacklist Pincode


Ways to Add Blacklist Pincodes

1. Via File Upload

  • Download the sample file.

  • Add the pincodes and mark YES for the order types (COD, Prepaid, Exchange) you want to blacklist, and NO for the ones you don’t.

  • Save the file as CSV and upload it.

  • Click Submit.


2. Via Form

  • Enter the pincode you want to blacklist.

  • Select the Order Type (COD, Prepaid, Exchange) for which it should be blacklisted.

  • To add multiple pincodes at a time, Click on Add New Row

  • Click Submit.

Managing Blacklisted Pincodes

In the Blacklisted Pincodes section, you can:

  • View the complete list of blacklisted pincodes.

  • Delete selected or all blacklisted pincodes.

  • Download the list as a CSV file.

  • Apply filters (e.g., by order type or added date).
