How to upload Zone on dashboard ?

Visit the new dashboard on the link https://dashboard.clickpost.ai

Go to the "Menu Bar" on the left side >> Scroll down >> Settings >> Carrier >> Integrations

Select the courier partners for whom you want to upload the zone. 

Then click on "Pincode Zone Mapping" tab

Post that you can upload the zone-mapping file and click on submit , also if you want to use one pincode - zone mapping for all courier partners then select the "Apply this pincode zone mapping file for all carrier accounts" checkbox.

Please note there are 3 columns in the upload file - pickup pincode, drop pincode, zone

if pickup pincode is empty, it will apply to all pickup pincodes.

To get zone-level details in the report, please go to the "Menu Bar" on the left side >> Track >> Orders >> Generate report 

Then select "Uploaded Pincode Zone" field from "Additional info" section to get the zone level details in the report.
