How to Check Pincode Serviceability via Dashboard

To verify if a pincode is serviceable, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to Menu → Allocation → Check Allocation → Search Recommendation History

2. Select the Delivery Type (Forward / Reverse) you want to check.

3. Enter the Pickup Pincode and Drop Pincode, then click Submit. (Note: It may take up to 2 minutes for results to load.)
   
   

Forward Orders

• Pickup Pincode → Displays courier partners for which serviceability is uploaded. (Ignore Prepaid/COD in this case.)

• Drop Pincode → Shows courier partners categorized by COD Serviceability and Prepaid Serviceability.
  
  

Reverse Orders

• Pickup Pincode → Shows courier partners categorized by COD Serviceability and Prepaid Serviceability.

• Drop Pincode → Displays courier partners for which serviceability is uploaded. (Ignore Prepaid/COD here.)
