Data Availability in Dashboard
- Shipment Timeline / Tracking Details / Shipment Journey data (as shown in the screenshot) will be available in the dashboard for 6 months.
- Terminal Status records, including Delivered, Lost, RTO Delivered, and Cancelled, will be available in the dashboard for 1 year.
