SSO Login Enablement

Modified on Mon, 10 Mar at 8:46 AM

To enhance security and streamline access, SSO (Single Sign-On) login needs to be enabled, allowing users to log in to the dashboard directly without manually entering their username and password. This feature is beneficial for clients/brands managing multiple brands and accounts, as it enables seamless access across multiple dashboards.

Prerequisite:

  • The creation of a sub-user is mandatory on the dashboard.
  • The sub-user must be created across all relevant dashboards; only then will the user be able to access those accounts via the dropdown functionality.

Example:
If a brand has 20 sub-accounts and has created a sub-user (e.g., abc@xyz.com) in 18 accounts but not in the remaining 2, the user will only be able to access the 18 accounts where the sub-user exists. The 2 accounts without the sub-user setup will remain inaccessible.

Additional Consideration:

  • It is recommended to ensure uniform sub-user creation across all accounts to avoid accessibility issues.
  • If required, we can assist in auditing sub-user configurations to identify any gaps before SSO implementation.

ClickPost will enable the SSO Login feature from the backend, allowing sub-users to access the dashboard seamlessly without manually entering their credentials upon account creation.
