Proof of Delivery

We have a dedicated section on the ClickPost dashboard where you can quickly download the Proof of delivery[POD] of the delivered shipments.

You can follow the below steps to navigate it.

The ClickPost team will enable the required service from the backend to provide access to this module. Once this service is enabled, you will be able to access this section.

Certain courier partners, such as Bluedart, send the Proof of Delivery (POD) over the webhook. The ClickPost team will enable the webhook for these courier partners, including the client's email for visibility.

Once the webhook is enabled, the POD received from the courier partner for the shipment will be processed and displayed in the POD section on the ClickPost dashboard. Sharing a sample snapshot below for reference.

You will have the option to download the PODs either individually or in bulk. If you choose the "Download Selected POD" option, a maximum of 10 POD files can be downloaded at once.

For downloading more than 10 files simultaneously, please select the "Bulk POD Download" option. A snapshot is provided below for reference.
