How to Enable Webhooks with Courier Partners

To start receiving real-time tracking updates from your courier partners, you need to have webhooks enabled. Follow the steps below to set them up:


Step 1: Locate the Webhook Endpoint URL

  1. Log in to your ClickPost Dashboard.

  2. Navigate to Menu → Track → Tracking Latency.

  3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and locate the section titled “Webhook Activation Recommendation.”

    • Here, you’ll find the webhook endpoint URLs for all your active courier partners where webhooks are currently not enabled.




Step 2: Share the Webhook Endpoint with the Courier Partner

  • Copy the webhook endpoint URL for the relevant courier.

  • Share it with your courier partner’s technical or operations team and request them to configure it at their end.

  • While doing so, make sure to keep support@clickpost.in in the email loop for assistance and verification.


Step 3: Confirm Webhook Activation

Once the courier partner confirms that the webhook has been enabled:

  1. Go back to the Tracking Latency Dashboard.

  2. Open the Latency Distribution section.

  3. Verify that the source type for that courier’s account code is now displayed as “Webhook.”




This confirms that webhook updates are successfully activated and being consumed in real time.
