How to view Recommendation Logs on Dashboard?

Clickpost stores logs for every Recommendation API hit for up to 15 days. These logs can be used by brands to validate how a recommendation was processed for a specific order.

Steps to View Logs:

  1. Navigate to: Menu → Allocation → Check Allocation → Search Recommendation History

  2. Enter the Reference Number of the order.

  3. Click Search.

What You’ll See in the Logs:

  • Active and serviceable courier accounts at the time of allocation.

  • The rules that were matched.

  • Step-by-step details of how the recommendation engine processed the allocation.

  • The final recommendation result >> preference array

This helps in troubleshooting and validating the logic applied to any specific order.
