Requisites for a New Courier Partner Integration with Clickpost

In order to integrate a new courier partner, an enterprise and the courier partner shall have to share certain information on what type of the integration is expected to be done. However, to make this process seamless, we have created the below google forms that can ease out the processor sharing the data with Clickpost.

To start off with the form, request you to confirm if you are a Customer or the Courier Partner so that we can seek the details as per the requirements for eachstakeholder respectively.

If you are a Customer:


  1. Name : Request you to share your Name here.
  2. Name of the Enterprise you represent: Request you to share the name of the Brand/ Enterprise you belong to with the Clickpost account name
  3. Name of the New Courier Partner to be Integrated: Request you to kindly share the name of the new courier partner to be integrated
  4. Will this be a Single Piece Shipment (SPS) integration or a Multi-piece Shipment (MPS) integration?
    Single Piece Shipment (SPS) - Would require us to do a Single Piece shipment, that is only 1 box/item shall be shippped
    Multi-piece Shipment (MPS) - Would require us to do a Multi Piece shipment, where more tha 1 box/item shall be shippped
  5. Will this be a a Forward or an RVP integration? - Confirmation on the flow to be integrated Forward or Reverse
  6. Will this be a B2C or a B2B integration? - If the integration has to be a B2C / B2B based on your business model and contract with the courier
  7. What shall be the Geography you'll be shipping the orders in? - If you are delivering your orders within India/Outside India
    Domestic - Within India
    International (Cross-Border) - From India to international
    International (Non Cross-Border) - From International to International
  8. Select the services to be Integrated - What all services you shall be using via Clickpost and shall require Clickpost to integrate for your seamless process



If you are a Courier:


  1. Name: Request you to share your Name here
  2. Name of the Tech POC : Request you to share the Tech POC Name here so that we can connect with the POC directly in case of any queries at the time of Integration
  3. Phone Number of Tech POC : Request you to share the Tech POC Phone here so that we can connect with the POC directly in case of any queries at the time of Integration
  4. API Documentation: Request you to confirm if you have the API documentation and what type of the document is available to be shared: Link / files / no document and share the same in the below fields
  5. Production URL: Request you to share the Prod endpoint URL
  6. Staging URL: Request you to share the Staging endpoint URL
  7. Production Credentials:Request you to share the Prod credentials required to hit the API 
  8. Staging Credentials: Request you to share the Staging credentials required to hit the API
  9. What shall be the AWB Generation / Waybill Generation Process? - If the waybills are generated live while order creation / there is a preassigned flow. 
  10. List of Tracking Status Codes and Remarks: Request you to share the list of status codes that you shall be pushing in the Tracking APIs
  11. Sample Tracking AWBs with shipment history terminating with Delivered status : Request you to share a sample AWB with the historical data available for the Delivered scan
  12. Sample Tracking AWBs with shipment history terminating with Not Delivered / Failed status: Request you to share a sample AWB with the historical data available for the Failed Delivery scan
  13. Sample Tracking AWBs with shipment history terminating with RTO Delivered status:Request you to share a sample AWB with the historical data available for the RTO-Delivered scan
  14. Is the Webhook Integration Available for consuming Tracking Updates: To confirm if the Statuses can be pushed real time via webhooks.
