Once webhooks are configured, ClickPost allows you to manually retrigger webhook events for specific AWBs in case you need to resend the latest tracking status to your system endpoint.
Steps to Retrigger Webhooks
Log in to your ClickPost Dashboard.
Navigate to Settings → Notifications → Webhooks → Retrigger.
Enter or upload the AWB numbers for which you want to retrigger the webhook events.
Click Submit to initiate the retrigger process.
Important Notes
Webhooks can be retriggered only for the latest tracking status available for the selected AWB(s).
Retriggering sends the most recent event payload again to the configured endpoint URL.
For all the entered AWBs, the latest status will be triggered to the Selected Status Webhook endpoint URL.
If the Selected Status Webhook is not configured, the event will instead be triggered to the All Status Webhook endpoint URL.
This feature is useful when your system fails to receive or process a webhook the first time due to network or endpoint issues.
