This dashboard offers insights into the performance of NDR (Non-Delivery Report) APIs, enabling users to track the success rate of instructions shared with courier partners for undelivered shipments. By highlighting the NDR API success percentage, it helps businesses ensure clear communication with couriers, ultimately minimizing delivery-related challenges.
To access the NDR API section, you need to follow the below steps:
Login to the Clickpost dashboard using: https://dashboard.clickpost.ai/ and on the left navigation panel, go to NDR>>NDR API Efficiency

We can select the NDR Feedback data and the feedback received and the total NDR API success details will populate as mentioned in the snapshot below.

Carrier-Wise NDR API Success Percentage - This section provides a detailed view of NDR API performance segmented by courier partner, enabling users to evaluate how each carrier is managing non-delivery instructions.

Carrier-Wise Failure Reason Analysis: This section presents a detailed breakdown of NDR API failure reasons, including the number of associated AWBs and their percentage contribution. By default, it highlights the reasons with the highest AWB counts.
On the right-hand side, there is an option to select the courier partner, and the corresponding failure reasons will be displayed based on the selection. A snapshot is shared below for reference.

NDR API Success Percentage - Last 7 Days: This section shows the total feedback received and the success percentage for each carrier within the selected date range. By default, it displays the overall NDR success metrics.
On the right-hand side, there is an option to select the courier partner, and the success percentage will be displayed based on the selection. A snapshot is shared below for reference.

NDR API Payloads: This section presents the raw data to help you analyze the reasons for failures. By default, it displays information from the past 24 hours.
There is a feature available that allows you to input the AWB number and view the logs to check if the requested actions were successfully triggered to the courier partner.
