How to disable Reattempt date selection on Tracking page for a failed delivery shipment Print

Introduction: If an enterprise wants to hide the reattempt date selection option for a failed delivery case on the tracking page then the following needs to be followed:

1. Go to https://dashboard.clickpost.ai/

2. Click on settings > Tracking page> Branded theme.

3. Scroll down to "NDR Buckets - Do not show delivery date selection"

4. Select the reasons by checking the boxes and Click on next. Submit the details to get teh changes refelected on Trackiong page.
