We have a dedicated section on the ClickPost dashboard where you can quickly configure the Return page configuration. 

Return Config: Manage all aspects of your return operations through this dashboard by uploading your specific policies and configuring your return page.

In order to access the Return Configuration on the ClickPost dashboard, you need to follow the below steps.  

ClickPost dashboard login>>Settings>>Tracking Page>>Return config

Following is the screenshot of the default view when you visit the Return Config Section.

Providing a brief of all the fields below. 

Configure Next Steps - Displayed on return/exchange submission, this content guides the customer on next steps, improving their experiences.

•  For Return: End customers will be able to view this information once they have successfully submitted a return request.
  • Title: This will be the heading text that will be visible to the end customer.
  • Instructions / Details: Ensure customers are aware of the next steps by including the appropriate information. Please note that 5 steps can be added here.
    
    
    
• For Exchange: End customers will be able to view this information once they have successfully submitted an exchange request.  
  • If you want to keep the instructions the same as configured for the returns then you have an option to check "Keep it same as return" or you can add the required instructions.
    
    
  • Terms & Conditions: You can update the Return and Exchange terms and conditions from this section.
    
    
  • Returns Page Config: You can update the background image and return request content from this section.
    
    
  • End User Login Settings: You can configure the combination from this section that is required for the end customer to login into the return exchange UI. 

    
    

  • Return Page Settings - Enable as required: You can enable the below options shared in the snapshot based on your requirements.
    
    

  • Exchange Settings: 

    
    

    • Allow multiple items exchange: Enabling this option will allow to return of multiple items exchange in a single exchange request.
