We have a dedicated section on the ClickPost dashboard where you can quickly configure the themes for the ClickPost provided branded tracking page. You can enhance the look and feel of your tracking page by using social network connections, eye-catching typefaces, eye-catching color schemes, and useful branding features like the URL, page title, and meta description.


 In order to access the Theme Configuration on the ClickPost dashboard, you need to follow the below steps.

Providing a brief of all the fields below. 


a) Title (Meta Tag): With the help of this field, you can configure the "Title" of the tracking page.


b)  Description (Meta Tag): With this field, the description of the tracking page can be updated. 


c) Website URL: The website URL will be under this section. 


d) Logo: Under this section, the logo needs to be updated. 


e) Contact & Support Info: Under this section, the Contact Email, Number, support timing, and other details can be updated and will populate on the footer of the tracking page. 


f) Other info

  • Enable Search By Order ID: fetchesWith the enablement of this option, the end customer fetch the tracking details with the help of Order ID on the branded tracking page.
  • Remove EDD: You can remove the EDD from the tracking page using this option.  
  • Display Carrier Account Name for Tech Service Provider: Set "Yes" to show the courier account name on the tracking page when the carrier is a technology service provider or aggregator. Otherwise, it will default to displaying the carrier name.


g) Capture inputs in NDR Form

  • Phone Number: This feature will enable the collection of the end customer's phone number when they initiate actions through the ClickPost tracking for any shipments that have failed.
  • Address: This functionality will allow for the gathering of the end customer's address when they take action using the ClickPost tracking system for shipments that have encountered issues.
  • Pincode: This feature will permit the retrieval of the end customer's Pincode when they initiate actions through the ClickPost tracking system for shipments that have experienced problems.
  • Landmark: This functionality will enable the retrieval of the end customer's landmark when they take action using the ClickPost tracking system for shipments that have encountered issues.




h) NDR Reattempt allowed window(In Days): With the aid of this option, the branded tracking page will show the reattempt window/days that correspond to the shipment's unsuccessful delivery.



i) Social Media Handle: Under this section, you can update the Social Media handles. 



j) Fonts: You can review the Font employed in crafting the customized tracking page in this section, and you also have the option to modify it. Please note we will be using the color code of your website only.




k) Colors: You can review the CSS color employed in crafting the customized tracking page in this section, and you also have the option to modify it. Please note we will be using the color code of your website only.
