1. Visit courier partner integrations on your dashboard by clicking on the settings section at the bottom of the dashboard.
2. Click on the view details option appearing below the name of the courier partner for which you wish to upload the SLA.
3. Click on the Courier partner account for which you want to update SLA.
4. Click on "Upload SLA" and upload the SLA file.
5. Under upload SLA fo to Zone to Zone SLA upload.
The three mapping type would be listed:
a. Pickup Zone mapping
b. Drop Zone Mapping
c. Zone to Zone SLA upload
Select the respective type and download the sample file.
6. Upload the file post completing the entries and click on Submit.
