We have a dedicated section on the ClickPost provided branded Tracking page where you can quickly configure the product images which will be recommended to the end customer if they visit the tracking page to track their shipments. 


Use Case: This feature will help to push cross sales to new heights with an easy-to-configure Product Recommendation section on your branded tracking page to tempt customers with other featured products.


Following is the screenshot of the default view when you visit the Promotional Banner Section.

Product Recommendation Page: In order to access the promotional banner on the ClickPost dashboard, you need to follow the below steps.

Imperative: If you are interested in using the product recommendation page, then kindly let us know at onboarding@clickpost.in so that we can help you with the next steps. 


You need to configure the below fields prior to upload the product image that you want to be displayed on the tracking page. 


1) General: Under the general section, you need to configure the below fields. 

  • Title - You can enter the title of the image and the same will be displayed on the tracking page under the product recommendation section
  • Currency - INR or any other currency
  • Discount Modifier - can be used to adjust the final unit selling price
  • Description - This option will help you to display the description of the item 
  • Retail Price - Enabling this option will show the retail price 
  • Discount Percentage - This option will show the discount percentage of the item
  • Discount Price - This option will show the discount price of the item 


  • Slide to Scroll - Slides Scroll provides a toolset of options you can use to transform any one-page design into an exciting presentation. Up to six configurations can be made for the slide scroll.


Once you are done configuring the above steps then you can click on next.



2) Product: Under the product section, you need to configure the below fields. 


a) Image configuration: After selecting "next," you must set the images that will appear on the tracking page for product recommendations. Either the image or the image link may be uploaded. We must upload a link to which the end user will be redirected after clicking on the promotional banner image when the image and link have been uploaded. You must provide the product's title, description, retail price, and, if applicable, any discounts. Sharing a snapshot and description of the fields for reference below. 


  • Upload Image: In this section, you need to upload the image that you want to display on the tracking page.
  • Paste Image URL: You can upload or paste the image URL in this section.
  • Redirect URL: upload a link to which the end user will be forwarded/redirected after clicking on the promotional banner image. 
  • Title:  It will help you to show the tile of the product.  
  • Description: This option will help you to configure and display the description of the product. 
  • Retail Price: The retail price of a product is the price that a customer will pay when purchasing a product at a retail store.
  • Discounted Price: It refers to a range of strategies where the price of a product or service is decreased in the interest of generating interest, unloading excess inventory, or boosting sales.
  • Discount(in percentage): Discount percentage of the item. 




In order to add more product images, you just need to click on + Add New Product. 


b) Instructions: You need to follow the below instructions shared in the snapshot while uploading the images of the product that you want to be displayed to the end customer. 




c) Final Configuration: Once you have uploaded the image following the instructions shared above then you just need to click on submit and it will be configured successfully.




d) Post configuration of Product Recommendation: Any end user who visits the branded tracking page and enters the AWB number will be able to see the product recommendation section where the products will be displaying on the tracking page. Sharing a sample snapshot below for reference.
