What is Threshold: Here you can define time interval for the serviceability of courier partners. If you configure courier partner wise start time and end time in threshold, those courier partners will be operational only within the configured time period.
You can define multiple thresholds for every courier partners based on their serviceability.
For eg.: If XYZ courier partner is operational from 8am to 1pm and 3pm to 7pm, then you can create two thresholds for that courier partner.
Steps to configure Threshold on dashboard:
1. Go to Settings > Carrier > Integrations > {particular courier partner} eg. Bluedart > Serviceability > Threshold (refer below screenshot)
2. Start Time & End time: Select the Start time & End Time within which the courier partner will be operational for pickup & drop, and click on apply once the time is set.
There are two possibilities
i. Start time and End time is falling under a single day
Example : 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM
ii. Start time and End time is falling under different days
Example: 7:00 PM to 9:00 AM
In this case, you have to add two thresholds.
First threshold for 7:00 PM to 11:59 PM
Second for 12:00 AM to 9:00 AM
Note: It has UTC (Universal Time Coordinated ) time zone. If you want to add the threshold time in IST , please note : Indian Standard Time is 5 hours and 30 minutes ahead of UTC.
3. Status: Set the status to 'Active' to enable the set time interval.
4. Create Threshold: Once Step 2 & 3 are done, click on 'Create threshold' to define the threshold.
5. Add Threshold: Click on 'Add Threshold' to create a new threshold.
