Clickpost has a dedicated section for tracking shipments. This section can be used by your team to track orders and can also get all the details about that shipment journey. 


Following is the screenshot of the default view when you visit the Track Order section.

Once AWB is generated for a shipment, it will start reflecting on the Track Orders segment. Track orders will show all orders regardless of their courier partners and unified status. Each shipment details can be seen by clicking on View Details.


Filters like courier partners and status types are provided in the panel. You can also select a timeline for which you wish to see the orders.

You can also search for the desired shipment. Search can be done in the following 3 ways.

1. via AWB no

2. via Reference no or Order no

3. via Phone no

4. Order ID

We also provide a bulk search option, where you can search for multiple AWBs in one go. Bulk search can be done via AWB and Order no. You need to click on the toggle of Bulk Search option. Below is the screenshot for various search options.



We provide an option to download the shipment data as well. You can select fields for which you wish to get information by clicking on Generate Report. The screenshot of select custom fields is provided below. 


To download this data, provide an email id and any name to the report and click on Submit. A downloadable link will be shared on the provided email id.
