1. Visit courier partner integrations on your dashboard by clicking on the settings section at the bottom of the dashboard.
2. Click on the view details option appearing below the name of the courier partner for which you wish to upload the SLA.
3. Click on the Courier partner account for which you want to update SLA.
4. Click on "Upload SLA" and upload the SLA file.
5. If you do not have a warehouse account, you can generate one by clicking on "+Add Pickup Warehouse" on the right to add a warehouse. Provide the information requested and you will be able to create a warehouse location [pickup location].
6. Select the warehouse from the drop-down list. Click on the "Select your Pickup Warehouse" and add the pickup location. A sample file is provided for your reference. You can also download the uploaded file.
7. If you want to upload the marketplace SLA then you need to click on the marketplace and upload the SLA accordingly. Enter the email ID and upload the SLA file in CSV format. A sample file is provided for your reference. You can also download the uploaded file.
Please note, for the Marketplace model, if the number of pick-up warehouses is up to 6 then you can upload the SLA by using the Marketplace option from the upload SLA section on the dashboard.
