Pre-Requisite:
Clickpost will share the Production credentials with Clients since Unicommerce channel integration is a standard process that generally doesn’t involve testing in the staging environment.
NOTE: Production credentials need to be shared post the confirmation of Clickpost’s finance team.
Please follow the steps below for Onboarding a Client with Pre-Dispatch integration via Unicommerce.
Step 1. Courier Partner configuration: The client needs to configure the Courier Partners on the Clickpost dashboard by uploading credentials and serviceability pin codes.

Step 2. Recommendation rules to be set up for courier allocation on the Clickpost dashboard.
Enterprise needs to create the recommendation rules as per their Business requirements

Step 3. Configure Clickpost on Unicommerce:
Once steps 1 and 2 are completed, Enterprise needs to configure Clickpost as a Shipping provider on the Unicommerce panel by passing the username and password of the Production credentials shared by Clikckpost.
Share the following help doc with the client containing the detailed steps for configuring the Clickpost in the Unicommerce panel:

Once the Enterprise completes the above steps, they need to select Clickpost as their shipping provider.
Step 4: Shipping label configuration:
Configure the Clickpost labels for the Courier Partners and get the validation from the Client on the same.

Step 5. Validate the end-to-end setup:
Post completion of the above steps Clickpost will validate the end-to-end setup.
