In order to onboard a client for Clickpost powered returns UI, following details needs to be checked from Clickpost team:


1. Type of forward order integration: Pre or post dispatch


2. Check the following fields in the forward order:


SKU

Image

Price

Quantity

Description


NOTE: If any field is missing in the forward request it should be highlighted to the Client so that they can start passing the same.



3. Share the following Return UI implementation steps with the Client (a-c): 

a. Reverse Courier Partner configuration: Request you to configure the reverse courier partners in Clickpost along with the serviceability.

b. Return UI Requirements: Request to share the Returns UI requirement with us, post receiving the same we will initiate the return UI at our end, and it will take 8-10 working days to implement at our end.

* Terms & Conditions link
* Return reason List: Exhaustive list of reasons to be shown to the end customer. (Example: Damaged Item/Incorrect Size/Changed mind etc)
* Allow returns to be placed for how many days after delivery. (Example: 7 days, 15 days, 30 days)


c. Warehouse configuration: Request you to please configure the warehouse details on the Clickpost dashboard where the shipment needs to be returned to.
Kindly find the steps below to configure:
Login to the Clickpost dashboard
Click on the "Manifest" panel on the left-hand side.
Select "Warehouse" option.

Click on "Add new" warehouse.


Request you to please let us know if all the return orders will be delivered to the same warehouse from which they were picked in the forward order or if all the return orders will be delivered to any one of the warehouses.


4. Once the Client shares the required details create 2 JIRA tickets:


a. For UI team: To develop returns UI. (Generally takes 8-10 working days)

b. For Deepanshu: Warehouse configuration
