To Upload the Pricing on Clickpost (New Dashboard):


  1. Visit Settings Section from the Menu Bar given on the left.
  2. Go to Courier >> Integrations
  3. Select the courier partner for which you wish to upload the pricing for. 
  4. Click on the Pricing Tab


Once you reach the Pricing Page, you shall see three types of Sheet Upload Options:

(You shall be able to download the sample sheets from the dashboard "Sample File" option)




1) Uploading Pincodes: The Pincode mapping can be done in 2 ways on the dashboard.

  • Pincode Wise: The Pincode-wise mapping consists of 5 fields that are Pincode, City, State, Metro City and  Zone. Here you can map the Pincode with the City, State, Metro (True/False) and Zones. 


  • Pincode to Pincode Zone: Here you shall have to map the Pickup Pincodes with the Drop Pincodes and Zones. 


2) Uploading Pricing Information: The pricing information that needs to be added to this sheet shall be provided from the courier partner's end. However, this sheet shall be created basis the pincode to zone mapping uploaded above. Please find below the detailed description of each field:

  • Account Code: The account code shall be the name of the Account that you have added while integrating the courier partner. For example, in the below screenshot, the account code is Delhivery-Test-Surface. 
  • Zone: Request you to add the zones that you have mapped with each pincode in the sheet uploaded above.
  • Start Weight(gm): Start Weight shall be the least weight (in gm) for the slab defined for which the pricing is to be added.
  • Min Weight(gm): In the case of incremental rates, basis the weight, you may add the Min Weight as the weight after which the additional weight unit shall be added for each increment. 
  • Max Weight(gm): Max Weight shall be the maximum weight in this slab for which the pricing is to be added.
  • Price: The pricing basis of the weight and zone mapping as shared by courier partners.
  • Additional Unit(gm): Additional Unit shall be the incremental unit (weight) that needs to be added to the start weight.
  • Additional Unit Rate: The rate that shall be added to the base price for each additional unit.
  • Volumetric Coefficient: Coefficient used to calculate the volumetric weight. Default can be set as 5000.
  • Tax(%): The tax percentage that shall be charged here.
  • Surcharge(%): The percentage of surcharge that shall be charged here.
  • Docket Charge: As shared by the courier partner.
  • Courier Partner: Here, you shall have to enter the Clickpost Courier Partner ID. For example, in the below screenshot, the Courier Partner Id is 4
  • Invoice Percentage for COD(Optional): This shall be the percentage of the invoice value for COD orders that the courier shall charge.
  • COD Operator(Min/Max)(Optional): The Min/Max of Invoice percentage for COD and Fixed COD Charge that has to be considered.
  • Fixed COD Charge(Optional): The fixed charge that the courier shall be charging for COD orders.




Please Note: You shall have to any one of the above 2 lists, to consider the pricing, as pricing is defined based on the zone and pincode to zone mapping is done the above 2 sheets.
