There are usually 3 types of queries for reports


In case the report is not sent to a user


1. Open Django and check if the user is added in the reports

2. Once verified, open send grid to check if the report was sent to one of the users added in the reports

3.In case the mail is not sent, highlight to Deepanshu from engineering or Vikram ( only for NDR related queries)


In case the report was delayed


1. Open Django and check for the time set on the report 

2.  Once verified, open send grid to check when was the report sent on the emails ids mentioned in the report

3. In case it is delayed and not sent on the set time, highlight to deepanshu/ engineering team for the same.


In case the data in the report is not correct


1. Open Django and check if the right report is configured as per the customer's requirement

2. Once verified, open clickpost dashboard to verify the issue raised.

3. Check all details of the shipments mentioned and cross verify, if it not matching then raise to Deepanshu and, Vikram in case of NDR reports.
