To onboard a new logistics partner account on Clickpost, please follow the steps given below.
Firstly, you are required to check whether the new courier partner is integrated on Clickpost. The integrated courier partner list is available in the courier partner settings of the Setting section.
If the courier partner is not available on this list, please connect us with your courier partner to kick start the integration process.
Steps to follow if the courier partner is integrated on Clickpost.
1. If the courier partner is available on Clickpost, please ask your courier partner POC to provide you below details.
a. Credentials: Each courier company has its own set of credentials. Please contact the Clickpost team for the list of credentials parameters that are required for that particular courier partner.
Credentials will also be dependent on the services that you will be using on Clickpost.
b. Sample AWBs to test out the flow.
2. Once credentials are provided by the courier partners, please go ahead and set up the courier partner account on Clickpost. The below link will guide you on how you can set up an account for a courier partner.

3. Customers using the recommendation engine needs to set up or alter the existing recommendation rules.
You will also have to upload the serviceable pickup/drop pincodes in the serviceability section. To upload the serviceable pincodes, please follow the steps provided in the link below.

4. Now you can go ahead and register a shipment to test out the complete flow on Clickpost.
