To upload SLA on Clickpost dashboard, kindly follow the below steps:


1. Visit settings section on your dashboard by clicking on the drop down next to your username on top right and selecting setting.   


  

 2. Under "Courier Partner Settings", choose the courier partner you want to upload SLA for.




3. Choose the courier partners account from the drop down list. If you don't have an account for courier partner, Click on + sign in the right of the page.

4. To upload SLA, Click on "Change" provided in the right side to Upload SLA. Below is the screenshot of next screen.  


5. If you do not have a warehouse account, you can generate one by clicking on Blue "+" on the right to add warehouse. Provide the information requested and you will be able to create a warehouse location [pickup location].


6. Select the warehouse from the drop down list. Click on Green "+" sign and add the pickup location. A sample file is provided for your reference. You can also download the uploaded file.
